Beautiful story. The characters and dialogue were so natural that the story just flowed, and I loved the theme of waiting and the way you used it in the narrative. All of your supporting characters were well-sketched out, and we received important information from them. Elijah was a tangible presence in the story even when he wasn't physically there with Dom, and the constant changes in location kept the story moving and shifting. Truly a joy to read.
