I just decided that my Physics exam was far less important than getting off my ass and creating mood icons. So! Lookee lookee! Mood icons! Calvin & Hobbes mood icons! Wheee!

About the voices: do hobbits and elves and everyone else *sound* like you had imagined? For example, do hobbits sound 'hobbity' (or whatever the word is)? What about the Ringwraiths?

Ehm... well... y'see, the time elapsed between my reading the trilogy and first film viewing equals about six years. I didn't *remember* much about the books. Except that there were a couple of hobbits named Frodo and Sam who had a lot of sappy dialogue, and some wizard dude. And I haven't the faintest idea what I originally imagined the voices to be. I reread the books several times AFTER seeing the movie, of course, but by then the film voices WERE the character voices. So, yes. Voices. Love 'em all. Especially Gollum.

Unrelated tangent:

No, that was not my response to having Nick Lea and Mark-Paul Gosselaar in the same hour of television. (My response to that was: THUD.)

I made the mistake of reading the next part of the Great Marriagefic Opus (TM). Curiosity has officially killed this cat. I just saw the phrase "Billy Monaghan-Boyd," and my brain short-circuited. I need to go hurl now.

I feel a MST coming on...
