That was quite a snowstorm there. It did an excellent job of shutting down the DC area. Also knocking out my internet, STILL, which annoys me quite a lot. (Posting from a bookstore now, because my apartment is currently an internet dead zone -- even the wireless account from the restaurant downstairs, which I can yoink when the apt connection goes dead for no reason, won't let me connect. What the hell?)

Anyway, remind me later to tell you the story of how another friend and I helped my friend move out of his apartment in the middle of a blizzard after we'd all been drinking together ALL GODDAMN NIGHT. It was an interesting twelve hours or so, let me tell you.
