I have a Harry Potter WIP that I am still not willing to give up on. An original female character (boo, hiss, I know), Bellatrix' daughter and therefore a relative of Sirius', although she's never really met him. Since her parents were put into Azkaban when the war was ended, she grew up with foster parents. She works with Charlie in Romania, and comes to London after Sirius' death, since the Black house now belongs to her (we know that Sirius is the last of "his line", but technically this girl wouldn't be a Black; she's a Lestrange). The story would pick up maybe around the time of PoA or GoF, with quick flashbacks into her childhood. What I have so far I like (thankfully she's been cooperating and has not turned into a Mary Sue so far), but it's small. Tiny. But perhaps, one day... How about you?
