Incompetence really pisses me off. Especially when it comes to directors of shows I'm in. Especially when it wastes eight hours of my day, five or six of which were spent literally sitting around doing nothing. I'm dead serious. If this were an Actor's Equity show, she would not have a cast anymore. Hell, if this were a student show at my home university, she would both not have a cast anymore and never be allowed to direct again. The standards here have officially hit rock bottom. And we open tomorrow, and we have never had a full run-through. This is a complete disaster.

That really sucks. I'm so sorry. I hope everything works out okay and that she learns something from this, like don't be a director if you can't do the job. Break a leg!
