Wow, this is really well done. I liked how you addressed both Susan's "denial" of Narnia and also the very real issue that's never addressed in the books about what a mindfuck it would really be to world-jump like that. The part about her losing her virginity really drove that home in a poignant way. I also liked the juxtaposition of her love of fancy dresses and such really being because of her longing for Narnia, not because she had forgotten it. Very touching.
It's really quite awful, what C.S. Lewis did to Susan... Of all the things I object to, the sexism is really the worst. And the fucked up underlying idea that if you are interested in sex, Jesus wont love you anymore, and you can't go to Heaven with the rest of your family. I mean...! O_o SO screwed up. I love the books to death, but as far as I'm concerned, The Last Battle could be wiped off the face of the earth.
