Oh - so lovely! I like that Remus is consistent through the years yet we see him grow and change.
Interesting to think of the Shack incident as allowing Remus to see Sirius more truly:
Until a week ago, Remus thought Sirius was the sun and the moon and the stars, everything bright and wonderful. Now he can see that Sirius is just human.
Such a great ending - quite but powerful. Like Remus!
