Did not plan on staying up until nearly 4am to finish watching Torchwood.
Did, in fact, stay up until nearly 4am to finish watching Torchwood.
WAAAAAAAAAH.
See, I was all blissful and OTP-tastic, with my Ianto love increasing exponentially with every passing episode (and, also, SEX IN THE HOTHOUSE), and the general awesomeness that is Torchwood season 2 in general, AND THEN THAT HAPPENED.
You'd think the fact that I'd been well spoiled for the finale since before I saw even the first episode of the show would have made this easier to handle, but really, NO IT DIDN'T. NOT AT ALL. I mean, literally from the first episode I've been bracing myself for this, and trying not to get attached to Owen or Tosh (and for a while, it wasn't all that hard to not get attached to Owen, let me tell you), but adslkjlknajdsgkye WHY ARE ALL THESE CHARACTERS SO AWESOME and WTF ROCKS FALL EVERYONE DIES.

And then I didn't even get a good Jack/Ianto snog at the end to soothe my agony. NO JUSTICE I TELL YOU.
I need lots and lots and lots of fic now to make up for this, seriously. And then it's back to Doctor Who so that I can zip through season 4 and get my Torchwood people back. And Rose, while we're at it. AND THEN LOSE HER AGAIN GODDAMNIT AND DONNA, OH YES I KNOW THAT TOO. Shit.
