Season six is a good season for Willow doing big magic, although it's a lot of darkish stuff, as compared to the magic from earlier seasons. Off the top of my head, there's a good deal of showy-albeit-creepy magic in Bargaining, and she does some sparkly/flashy magic in Once More With Feeling. She and Amy go on a magic bender in Smashed, and in Wrecked. Plenty of flashy world-ending stuff in Villians/Two to Go/Grave.
