I'm glad I'm not the only one who loathes talking on phones. Similarly to you, I'm much better at expressing myself in the written word, and I find the lack of visual cues stressful. I especially hate placing phone calls. If I'm calling an individual, I hate not knowing whether I'm interrupting something, and when calling companies I hate not knowing who or what I'm going to encounter speaking on the other end. I'm impressed at your tenacity for holding down a job that involves a lot of time on the dreadful machines.
If you do go looking for fic and find a good Buffy/Spike/Angel OT3, I'd be interested in hearing about it. I often like OT3s and I ship the pairings within this trio (admittedly I ship Buffy/Spike much more than the other pairings), so I'd be curious to read fic with them as a threesome. It's been far too long since I read any Buffy fic for me to have any suggestions.
