I may have gotten a bit attached to Danny Pink on Doctor Who. I knew I wanted to make a Danny/Clara vid pretty early on, but decided to wait until the end of the season. Boy, am I glad I waited. This would have been a very different vid if I hadn't.
This song has also wanted to be a vid since June or so. I knew it was right for this fandom, but at the time, I'd pretty much burned out on vidding Doctor Who, and I thought it was too similar in theme to previous Whoniverse vids I've done (particularly One Mississippi). So I held off, waiting for another fandom to fit itself to the song. MCU never quite connected for it. When I received my Festivids assignment -- for which I match SEVERAL fandoms -- I gave it another listen in case it would work for any of them. It didn't. It just made me think of Danny instead.
