Keep in mind that I am not a particularly religious person. I was raised by a not-very-religious Episcopalian (think almost Anglican Christianity) father and an atheist Jewish mother. Went to church twice a year (Xmas Midnight Mass and Easter) and synagogue whenever my grandparents decided to take me, but meh.
And yet, this is EXACTLY the religion I identify myself with. 100% match and all. ::indicates small silver Star of David necklace that lives around her neck:: I didn't try to get this result, just answered each question with what I honestly thought or believed. Huh. Weird. Guess I DO know myself.

Date: 2003-04-03 04:59 pm (UTC)It's kinda cool to have found a religion that actually agrees with me. What's more, the section on "What Humanists Have I Heard Of?" includes a LOT of people who I admire and who have had a big impact on my life, including: Kurt Vonnegut, Carl Sagan, Isaac Asimov, Gene Roddenberry and Albert Einstein.
Maybe I'll have to reevaluate my go-it-alone stance on religious beliefs...we'll see. I think I'll save that train of thought for when I've got more time to pursue it.
