Um, I'm OK on woot, but entirely unclear on "meh". Haven't thought to ask before, so would you tell me what it means? Finer intricacies if appropriate...

It's sort of an all-purpose noncommittal word. "Meh?" indicates confusion, just "meh." indicates a distinct lack of enthusiasm. And so forth.
