Okay. I've never owned a PC before. Used, but never owned. Bear with me.

1. Why are all the images fuzzy? I mean online. They're all very low quality and hard to make out. Like, say, user icons. Fuzzy. And any new pics people post. Fuzzy. Goddamn it. How do I fix?

2. FUCK YOU MICROSOFT WORD. It's my only writing program and I CAN'T LOAD IT. It asks for a certificate of authenticity product key, which I found and entered, and then it tells me no, that's not a valid product key. YES IS BLOODY WELL IS. I've checked and double-checked and triple-checked it about a tousand times. It's the only one I have! STOP TELLING ME IT'S NOT VALID! And the really frustrating thing is that I can't access any of my WIPs OR a certain beta I wanted to finish without getting into Microsoft Word. The online customer service is extremely confusing, and -- wait for it -- I haven't been given an "AuthCode" to make off-campus phone calls on our phone yet, and our dorm is the old thick-walled thing that blocks all cell phone reception. I'M TRAPPED AND I CAN'T EVEN CALL FOR HELP.

Die, Microsoft. Die and rot in hell.

What's your version of Word? (OS, language) I can find a code online. Won't be legal, but it should work.

Also make sure you're not confusing zeroes with O's and typing in capitals.

Also, about the fuzzy images, if you have a flat screen monitor, the quality may be lower than what you're expecting. I think Mac flat screens are higher quality. You may also want to make sure your color settings are on True Color (32-bit)--go to Start Menu > Control Panel > Display > Settings. Or something like that. If that doesn't work, try changing the resolution.

To fix your problems:

Step 1: Douse your computer with kerosene.
Step 2: Set fire to your computer.
Step 3: Buy a Mac, fool.
