It be's Tuesday. Yo. (Don't ask.)
Now that we know The Two Towers is not going to end where the book does, how would people like to see it end? And taking it perhaps a little further, how would people like to see the two individual threads end -- the Frodo/Sam and the rest of the Fellowship?
Something tells me TTT's going to end on the same note that FotR did. You know, Frodo and Sam gazing off into the distance, with "distance" now being Mordor instead of Emyn Muil. I guess I'd be happy with that. I've had a lot of trouble trying to figure out where it's gonna end, actually. It's been bugging me ever since I heard about that Shelob business.
I would like to see the rest-of-fellowship thread end with Merry and Pippin being separated, much as it ends in the book. I've heard rumors (VERY unconfirmed, mind) that Helm's Deep might be the big climactic ending. To which I say bah. Because! Isengard! Ents! So, yes, Pippin and Gandalf riding off together would be nice. But it'll probably focus on Aragorn. Bloody king and all that.
