Okay. I've been looking forward to RotK a lot, obviously. But lately, I've been so busy with RL and my first quarter at university and starting to grow up and such -- well, let's just say that I'm far less obsessive about these movies than I was this time last year.

That said, I just finally got around to watching the TTT:EE appendices, and something finally clicked.

OMG TEN DAYS WTF EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!

I know how you feel. I'm excited about ROTK but I'm not maniacal about it until I realize how cool it's going to be, usually when I'm reminded by seeing previews or whatever.

Yeah. I'm actually starting to avoid previews and spoilers and such -- not because I'm afraid the movie will be "spoiled" for me, but because living in a state of calm, relative indifference is far easier than getting myself overexcited and impatient...

i'm so excited.... mainly because i didn't really watch a lot of two towers until the extended edition came out (well i watched it about 4 times but that was quite spread out) and now i've watched it several times and i really want to see shelob and everything's going to break my heart!!!!!!!!! aaaaah.
i want to go to the midnight showing too. hopefully i can get a ticket. no preselling here! mwahaha good.
