This shall be the year of the vid for me, I can already tell.

SO. Every now and then, I make something that is sort of someone else's fault. Sometimes they are well aware of this (tricksterquinn), sometimes it is completely unintentional and they don't realize it at all. This one is partly Quinn's fault, because she came out of Inception basically going OMG ARIADNE SQUEE. But it is also partly newredshoes's fault, though she doesn't know it, because guys, I don't listen to Tori Amos. Nothing wrong with her music at all, it's just not my usual. There is only one Tori Amos song on my iTunes, and it is this one, and I only have it because lo these many years ago, Esther put it on a mix CD for a college show we both worked on.

I'm glad she did.

heeeeey.

I do like my roommate, for all that I very rarely see her. (We have very different schedules, and she has a long-term boyfriend with his own place.) We don't have all that much in common besides standards of cleanliness -- crucial to a harmonious living arrangement. But man, we really should hang out more often.

Tonight we drank a full bottle of mediocre red wine and watched The Dark Knight together. And it's not even 8pm yet.
