Had "personal fitness" course yesterday, because I didn't place out of the phys ed requirement. Did the exercise bike for a while, no big deal, then went through the list of weight machines I was supposed to do, and I have no arm strength, so it kinda hurt, but eh, whatever.

This morning I woke up and felt like I'd been run over by a truck. I hurt in places I didn't know existed. OW.

In less painful news, RotK at Doc tomorrow! *pokes newredshoes*
