The director's cut of Donnie Darko ROCKS. Okay, there are some changes to the original that I don't particularly care for, but everything makes so much more SENSE now. (Not complete sense, mind -- that would ruin it. But more sense.) Like the Mad World sequence. It makes sense now.

I also very much enjoyed seeing Jake on the big screen, of course.

I can't wait to see it. How much longer is it?

I stalked all the smaller cinemas in my hometown for weeks, when Donnie Darko came out. Somehow it wasn't screening in the bigger cinemas, bah.

I'm basically crossing my fingers that I will be able to see it at the big screen.

Was it that good? Eeep!

It's only about 20 mins longer, but there's some really crucial stuff in there. And, yes, it's that good! ;)
