So, on my way to buy a CD for my dad's bday present, I passed a movie theater. As you do. And saw a poster for Green Street Hooligans, with "NOW SHOWING" acorss the top. And sorta shrugged and continued on to the CD store, because meh, heard enough about this film from you lot, not really interested.

On the way back from buying the CD, passed the theater again. Glanced at poster again. Noted how hot Elijah Wood looked in it. Remembered the overwhelming hotness of dark!Frodo. Entered movie theater on impulse. Noted that next showing of GSH was in twenty minutes.

Bought ticket.

Okay, I went in skeptical. Very skeptical, albeit impulsively drawn to dark!Elijah. My reaction to GSH? Best damn movie I've seen all year. No, seriously. It made me wibble and chortle to myself in the theater. And...FRODO BEATS THE SHIT OUT OF PEOPLE. Liek.

Go see. NOW.

Also, who is Charlie Hunnam and why did nobody tell me that he is actually the sexiest creature on God's good earth? I want to sex him. Like, a lot. And I know I've seen Charlie/Elijah and Pete/Matt slash around somewhere, so kindly direct me to it, now please.

yay, we've got another one! It's a totally awesome film, really powerful. Charlie Hunnam was in the UK version of Queer as Folk, he got nekkid and screwed! He was also in Cold Mountain, playing the albino baddie.

Charlie H. also starred in Nicholas Nickleby. The film managed to include a shirtless!Nicholas scene, which was entirely gratuitous, and much appreciated.

BRILLIANT. I muchly appreciated the gratuitous shirtless scene in GSH, as well.

I have pretty much everything Charlie's ever done, at least since QAF - not the two early soaps, I'm afraid.

I only write Charlie/Elijah and not Matt/Pete, I'm afraid - I'm not comfortable with the cockney dialect

Very little of it is on paper yet.

There's one story here:
http://lilith.slashcity.org/penny.htm

and there was a drabble, that was *really* out of its proper order.

I might just begin posting my current one as a WIP - maybe that will motivate me to finish it

and my Charlie page is here: http://www.lilithofsherwood.com/Charlie/index.htm

He was in Cold Mountain? Hmm. Don't remember his character. Must check it out.
