Feb. 21st, 2006 03:41 pmI woke up this morning to find that my ass muscles are all SORE AS HELL. I don't understand! I haven't had such a painful backside since my experiments with the ass-toning machine at the gym, but that was months and months ago. The only exercise I've been doing lately is walking. Granted, lots and lots of walking, at a reasonably swift pace, but I've been doing that for a while now. So why are the muscles in my bottom revolting NOW?
