It's St. Patrick's Day. I'm living in Dublin. Quite near City Centre, in fact. Do you know what happens in Dublin on St. Patrick's Day?

Let's just say, I've been outside, and now I fully intend to hide in my room for the rest of the evening. SO MANY DRUNK IRISH PEOPLE WTF.

lol. Our town is dead at the moment. Not a soul around. At 11pm tonight it will be full of drunk people. AND THE LITTER. OMG

Heh. We're currently in a transitional period, where the hoards are just starting the pub-hopping but the streets are still clogged with parents and small children from the parade and whatnot. I may venture out around midnight just to fully witness the horrors.

It's crazy. Ir's like a throwback to the time when people gave up alcohol for lent and St Patricks day, falling in the middle of lent, was the 'exception' so everyone went out and got hammered cos it was their only chance til easter.

Now they just go out and get hammered :P


btw, I think we are going to have that little meet-up on the weekend of the 31st march(saturday?) ;)
