I knew there was a film version of The Golden Compass / Northern Lights being made. I DIDN'T know it was already in production, and I certainly didn't know that Nicole Kidman was playing Mrs. Coulter and Daniel Craig was Lord Asriel.

WHY DID NO ONE TELL ME THIS? You're all FIRED.

I may have known about our Nicole, but I definitely didn't know about Daniel Craig. Excellent Lord Asriel.

It's listed as 'filming', yay! Somehow I had it in my head that it was a being-dreamed-of film, like Narnia was four years ago and Good Omens is now.
