I need to learn how to focus on the positive aspects of my life rather than the negative. Because really, my life isn't exactly awful. Boring, yes, but boring is very doable. So I shall post about happy things whenever possible.
Happy things so far today: interview went well, I'm pretty sure I am now a member of this temp agency, although dunno how long it'll take to process the paperwork and find a placement for me. But there is gainful employment in my future, and maybe I'll be able to break completely free financially from my parents this year. Also, I totally aced the Word and Excel tests I had to take. Bow down to my l33t computer skillz.
And yesterday I managed to write 550 words of the YA fantasy, which pushes me that much farther through the slow zone. Now I need to get my protagonist into fun kinds of trouble. That's today's project.
