So, a little after midnight, I decided to have a cookie before going to bed. There were no cookies in the house. So I baked some.
There has got to be something wrong with me. But fresh-baked cookies taste really, really good. Even at 1:30 AM. Also, much pride for self. Was baking cookies from a mix someone gave me a while ago. Made batter. Saw that batter was way too dry, as in can't-form-cookie-on-baking-sheet dry. So, doubled amount of eggs & butter called for. And it worked! Go me! (Look, I'm not a very good cook, I don't usually experiment with these things.)
Mmmm. Cookies.
Why the fuck isn't Photoshop working?!
