I just had a phone interview for a position in D.C., and let me tell you, moving to Washington has never sounded so good. I know it's not quite southern, but it's still a heck of a lot warmer than this dratted town!

And I had a ton of errands I needed to run today. Plus the water in my apartment building is off from 10am-3pm for maintenance work. Argh.

Current weather in the Maryland suburbs of DC -- bright blue sky, warm sun, daffodils nodding in the front yard! I cannot recommend too highly moving to DC! (And also nice neighbors like us!)

Heh, no, even if I do move, which is by no means certain, it wouldn't be until the summer -- which, I hear, is about as miserable there as winter is here. I have excellent timing that way.
