Okay, gradually working my way through "Band of Brothers", way late in the game. (
newredshoes will be so proud.) Just finished third episode. Wow, is Blithe the most heartclutchingly sympathetic one-off character in the history of ever, or what? Oh, man.
Also, UK actor watch -- the guy playing him was in that weird "Love & Monsters" episode of Doctor Who, which wasn't great but where he was similarly oddly compelling. Does he travel from show to show taking focus away from all the main characters for one strangely endearing episode, and then vanish into the ether?
Broken internet is broken. Stolen wireless is sporadic. Comcast coming tomorrow to fix it, hopefully.

Date: 2009-02-26 02:22 am (UTC)Blithe is wonderful. Freaking everybody is wonderful. Even Cobb, who's pretty much as bitchy as they come, has his moments.
You probably have no idea who everybody's name is yet, so I'll just stop here. But I'm totally excited to see what you think of the whole thing. I'm always here for squee and virtual hand-crushing!
