death by BSG

On a similar note, I think it's time to start a deadpool for BSG. Because we know this finale is gonna be a bloodbath, if the rest of the show is any indication. Note: DO NOT FRAKKING SPOIL ME. This is purely speculative.

My money is on Roslin (duh). Also Bill Adama, because he's the sort of admiral to go down with his ship, and we know Galactica is dying. Boomer will be killed, probably by either Tyrol or Athena, but she'll take Cavil out with her. Helo's odds do not look good to me right now, because no one who says "everything's gonna be all right" can possibly last; if he does survive the show, I bet Athena doesn't. Which really breaks my heart, because I would very much like for them to emerge as a happy family, but yeah right. Hera will make it, though.
Probably all of the Final Five will emerge unscathed (well, minus an eye here or a few higher brain functions there), because all of this has happened before and all of it will happen again. Though I think it would be dramatically more interesting if at least one of them didn't. At this point, I'm almost hoping Tyrol goes (yes, my favorite frakking character), because his life is so damn miserable right now and that'd be the closest thing to a happy ending I can imagine for him. And how depressing is that?
I have a very bad feeling about Kara. As she's already said, the Starbuck we all knew and loved from the miniseries has died, and this Kara Thrace -- well, if she survives, it will be as a very different person. Hopefully happier. Probably not with Lee, as much as that BREAKS MY HEART, because he is a part of the old Starbuck, not the new Kara. But I wouldn't be surprised if she went down with the ship as well.
It would be poetic justice if Baltar made his one selfless sacrifice and died, but somehow I doubt it.
Lee will live. He's pretty much the only one I'm 100% sure of. He's the new President. There is no one else to fill that vacuum. A few weeks ago, I still would've said Kara would become the new Admiral, but now I highly doubt that. Maybe Tigh. Maybe Helo, if he does survive. I'm really not sure.

I think Anders & Kara will go down with Galactica because Anders can't be moved and Kara won't leave his side...*clinging* to the possibility that they could still resurrect after that, but I doubt it:(
The Cavils have to die or the battle will never end. I don't see many of the Dorals or Simons making it, either. I have a feeling Boomer will be killed for her betrayal but I don't think Athena will do the deed. My money's on Tyrol or Helo.
I hope Racetrack and Skulls bite it but they'll probably live just to spite me:) And if Lee and Baltar don't survive, I'll be truly shocked.
IF Helo & Athena survive, I think they'll leave the military...at least Helo, anyway...I think there was plenty of foreshadowing from Tigh that Hoshi will be the next leader, though I'm not really sure why...Probably because he's the only one left:)

Racetrack and/or Skulls would be a good way to start off the carnage. They're recognizable characters but not particularly central ones -- I can see them going down fairly early in the game, just to get us prepared for the rest of the bloodbath.
