Finally watched the BSG finale. Yes, it is 4:30am.
I am beyond incoherent right now, partly due to the 4:30am thing, but...my show is over. My SHOW is OVER.
So Kara really did die at the end of season three. I kinda knew that already, but seeing it play out this way...hurt a LOT. My Kara/Lee heart shattered into a bajillion pieces, and, oh my gods, Kara. She's gone. She's been gone. Very, very, very well handled, show. Yes, that broke me, but in just the right way. What do you hear, Starbuck? Nothing but the rain.
HELO LIVED. I hate you so so much for making me sob my eyes out for like half the finale THINKING HE WAS DEAD. Frakkers. But TEAM AGATHON EMERGES TRIUMPHANT! WIN!
Totally called Athena taking out Boomer.
I wept for Tyrol, too. A lot. Poor guy. At least he's found some measure of peace, on his own terms.
Tacked on ending is tacked on. Didn't need it, guys. Perfectly fine ending with Adama by Roslin's grave.
(VERY surprised that Adama survived that one.)
Also? In an otherwise heartwrenching episode, I fell out of my chair laughing at the moment when Caprica and Baltar finally saw head!Six and head!Baltar together at the same time. ROFL OMG.
And in conclusion: I MISS YOU SO MUCH STARBUCK. WAH.
