Um, yes, why do I always get around to contrelamontre fics the day before the deadline? And I think gabbyhope's in transit between uni and her home, and I probably shouldn't dump an instabeta on her. And lush_rimbaud is probably still recovering from her physical aptitude whatsit. And Tash is spontaneously combusting due to college nastiness, and will be living under a very large rock until second semester (with the exception of midnight TTT viewings).

I appear to have used up my beta resources. Hmmm. Do I have enough confidence in this improv fic to post without beta? I mean, I know my spelling and grammar is fine, but that doesn't rule out general fic weaknesses / dumbass mistakes, which I can't evaluate in my own fics.

Hey, anyone up for an instabeta? I've got twenty-four hours to get this thing posted. It's short, I promise. Billijah, anyone? Anyone? Bueller?

Thanks for the offer! But I've just been reminded that improv fics aren't really allowed to be beta'd for more than spelling/grammar issues, which I usually catch myself. Sigh. Foiled again. But thanks!

In other news, though, because it *is* an improv, all betas really can look for *is* grammar and punctuation. Which you could do in your sleep, no contest. If the story's amiss, well, I would never say so or it'd be considered cheating, wouldn't it? *winks*
