I can't believe I'm posting about True Blood. I don't even like vampires! But I'm in the middle of watching the first episode of season 3, and I just had to say --

Sam's sex dream about Bill?

I didn't realize it until right this second, but now I SHIP THAT SO HARD.

UNF UNF UNF YES PLEASE.

Sam is far and away my favorite character in the books and comes an extremely close second to Lafayette in the show. I ship him with pretty much everyone. And while I hated Bill/Sookie in the books, I like it well enough in the show BUT THIS IS SO MUCH BETTER.

HOLY SHIT THAT WAS HOT.

(Also, look, I realize the show doesn't always follow the books too closely -- as well it shouldn't, the books are utter trash -- but Sookie/Eric is the inevitable canon ship. There's no point fighting it. In the books, this is aided by the fact that Eric is approximately twelve hundred times more interesting than Bill, who is the dullest vampire to ever slink his way across a trashy vampire romance. Stephen Moyer actually manages to make him an appealing character, which is impressive. But, yeah. Eric is awesome. I don't remember who Sam winds up dating in the books, honestly -- he kind of fades to the background after a while, which is a shame. And so does Bill, for that matter. SO I SUPPORT SAM/BILL FOR THE GOOD OF THE TV SHOW AND GREAT SEXINESS.)

(...I also cannot wait to see if the show ever gives us the weretiger character, Quinn, though he'd be a good couple of seasons away. But seriously. WERETIGER. You cannot make this shit up. Those books are ridiculous. And he should totally be played by Jason Momoa, but that's beside the point.)

In conclusion: WHERE IS THE SAM/BILL FIC PLEASE.
