It's been one of those days.

Tripod is officially the spawn of hell. It's even starting to screw things up within my website. And let me use my own fecking pics anywhere else? Don't be ridiculous! Why on earth would they let me do THAT?

Until I can get around the stupid, stupid .jpg webpage business (which I've spent all fucking day trying to do), I've replaced all my old icons with the new ones. I'll prob'ly switch back eventually. But an icon is useless if no one can see it!

RL shit: supposed "thunderstorms" on the weather forecast made me skip out on my group of friends' weekly outdoor movie-watching. 'Course, it didn't actually rain. Bah. And I was s'posed to hang out with a friend tomorrow, but he's sick, so that's off. And another friend failed to call me back, again. Mph. Oh, well, shit happens.

The one redeeming thing that came out of this whole bloody day was, surprisingly, the Fic From Hell (TM) -- a little Dom/Billy interaction just sort of wrote itself. Needs revising, but still. Nice to know I can still write SOMETHING. Shall rename this the Fic From Heck in honor of the unexpected kindness.

Maybe sleep will make everything better. I think I'll give it a go.

I just wrote back with a reply on this, but I'll just repeat myself in brief. Tripod has this thing about access...you can't look at a directory if the person's missing an index.html file for example. Geocities however, or a file storage system should do the job. And if nothing else you can try the A tag.
