Overheard in rehearsal #417:

Actor [in character]: "You talk very queer, Joxer..."
Actor playing Joxer [not in character]: Could we change that line to "you talk very proud gay man, Joxer"?

SNERK.

There are also sausages eaten onstage in one scene. Let me tell you, nothing reduces a group of professional adults to the mental age of twelve quite like a discussion of what to do with sausages.
