It was fairly anticlimactic, actually -- some kind of minor electrical fire, just filled the station with some acrid-smelling smoke. Didn't even disrupt train service much. But yeah. My TRAIN CAUGHT FIRE, wtf Metro.
Ouch! Glad you're okay. At least it provides an effective excuse if you were late to your destination. Also, it's a standard of comparison for all future Metro rides. "This train may be overcrowded and smell like an armpit, but at least it's not on fire!"
