Just watched Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon for the first time since I saw it in theaters. Oh, man, I'd forgotten how wonderful that movie was. Just bawled my friggin' eyes out. Anyone who knows me in RL will tell you how cynical I am. I don't cry too easily. This is at the top of an extraordinarily short list of movies that make kaydee cry. And not just a little teary at the end, or whatnot. Real, honest-to-goodness sobbing. Oh, the benefits of watching movies alone...

All right, Peter Jackson. I offer this up as a direct challenge. I fully expect RotK to make me cry like a baby. I'm already ten times more emotionally involved with the hobbits than with Jen and Li and Shen. Please, please deliver...!
