HOLY SHITBALLS, AGENTS OF SHIELD.
That's gonna be all the coherency I'm capable of right now, but seriously, show, why so bad for the first half of the season when you could have been as awesome as the past five episodes the whole time?
I realize Samuel L. Jackson isn't exactly going to be a regular, but man, can he and Coulson just make fun of all the Big Bads all the time? Because that was AMAZING.
Other highlights include May shooting nails through Ward's foot and kicking him in the face, the Hulk toy "bomb", Mike Peterson starting a redemption arc, WTF IS PATTON OSWALT DOING BACK ARE THEY CLONES OR WHAT PLEASE EXPLAIN, Coulson yelling "STUPID STUPID STUPID" at Fury, the awesome anticlimax of Garrett being blasted into smithereens mid-monologue, FitzSimmons kisses (although, ugh, what's gonna happen with Fitz?), and Trip being in the Big Damn Heroes shot at the end foreshadowing his addition to the main cast now please?
