1. I just did a bit of slicing and dicing to my friends list. If I cut you, I swear it's nothing personal, because you are all wonderful people. Just, I have not-nearly-enough time on my hands nowadays, and spending an hour or so every evening scrolling through friends posts is really not a good thing. Some can handle having 80+ people on their friends list. I am not a particularly efficient person, and it just makes my head explode. Feel free to ream me out in the comments section, I won't hold it against you.

2. Decided that this stupid friends-only posting of fandom-related stuff is...well, stupid. Okay, so there are one or two RL people on LJ who I don't want reading my fics. Oh well. I'll deal with it. filmelder, I'm very interested in your opinions on most subjects, but I'm well aware you dislike all things fanfiction, so if I post something along fic-related lines, just skip over it -- please. Or, you know, mock it all you want, but not to my face.

3. Oh, and went back and un-friends-only'ed the few fics I wrote during the don't-let-RL-people-see-it period. So, yup, available. If anyone's interested. Also, one strange Grima!fic coming up shortly, after I read it over again and convince myself it isn't utter shit.

4. No computer access until late Sunday afternoon. If, for some bizarre reason, you feel the need to communicate with me, and I fail to respond, that's why. Off to Boston -- a small portion of my chorus is competing in a bigass jazz competition at Berkelee Music School. Should be interesting. We won't win shit, but being surrounded by excellent jazz all day Saturday will be fun!

Sorry about all the mocking-ness. I've been a real jerk about that, and I'll stop. Truth is, you're a much better writer than most, and I actually do enjoy reading your stuff, I just like that sort of stuff. . .not hobbit-size. Yeah, y'know. That thing. ::blushes, hides:: Oh, and congrats on getting director. Here's hoping you don't have actors up and leave this time.
