Yes, I will be rambling on about Brick a LOT over the next six weeks. Because I officially have no other life. And I'm very serious about that.
1. I love my cast. So much. Except for Greg Friedman, but I'm trying very hard to sort of like him.
2. I worship Nathan and David unreservedly. Because while David isn't Kenny, he's twelve billion times easier to work with. And. Geeky. Yeah. ::cuddles David::
3. Am feeling disturbingly attracted to Roberto. Must be all those accents.
4. Read-through was brilliant and funny and provided me with much relief. And they seemed to like the song.
5. Ari volunteered to be musical director. ::snogs Ari passionately. because, FUCK, I am not cut out to be a vocal coach::
6. Michele volunteered to be choreographer. ::doesn't snog Michele, but is quite grateful all the same::
7. ::snogs Ryder, just on general principle::
8. Insert panic mode. NOW what do I do with them?! MAAAAAAAAAAAAAAACK!
9. ...heh. Found PIP directing logs from last year, wherein I expressed far more faith in Kasey-as-Walden than in the lighting booth. I STILL have more faith in Kasey than in the lighting booth. And Kasey isn't even in my play!
10. Real rehearsals start tomorrow-- er, later today. I am prepared. I am prepared. I am prepared. (I am so not prepared.)
Bonus 11 for good luck: Dan as Carson Daly. 'Nuff said.
