You know what would be cool? Bernard Hill reciting poetry. Any poetry, really. He's just good at that. "Where is the horse and the rider..."

Is it me, or has there suddenly been an influx of better-than-decent new fics? Wow. Must be TTT's influence. Suits me! Oh, and for a dash of visual Dom/Lij goodness, check out undone27's LJ. Mmm.

Just because it amuses me. It's a 4 AM thing.

Once school starts up again, I won't have time for this stuff, so let's get it over with now.

This one is a bit weird. But short, so even if the weirdness is overwhelming, you know it'll be over soon. I rarely write (or even consider writing) Frodo/Sam or Sean/Elijah, so I have no idea where this came from, and I think I'll blame Lydia. Just because. Right.

Little things that annoy the hell out of me:
1. Extreme Tolkien fundamentalists. Now, it's one thing to be snarky about the Faramir issue. Major plot changes. Sure. But the neurotic nitpicks? No, Peter Jackson didn't film the pages of the book. You poor dears.
2. Certain Dom/Lij shippers. Not all of y'all, and certainly none of you. But. Why do so many fans of this pairing seem to lack all knowledge of basic spelling and grammar? And why are they all so bloody defensive/smug all the time? Meh. My own "OTP," and yet I'm starting to understand why so much of the fandom dislikes us...
3. AP Hell. 'Nuff said.
