POOOOOOONDS. This is stunning and wonderful and perfect and and and ARGH MY EMOTIONS. It builds up in the most glorious way, and has so many lovely juxtapositions that I will just have to watch it eleventy-billion more times in order to see it all. OH WELL.

Also, FYI, here is a reconstruction of last night's events:

The scene: Purple Heights Manor, around 7:45pm. such_heights and purplefringe are eating birthday pizza, drinking cava, and taking a short break from watching vids.

PF (idly checks DW) : Aaaaaaah! KAYDEE MADE YOU A PONDS VID!! Kaydee!! Ponds!! Vid!!
SH: (almost drops pizza) : What, what WHAT?! OMGOMGOMG. WHERE?! I can has??? omgomgomg. ( wild crazy eyes)

This is just wonderfully done. There's so much absolute love and joy, but such utter heartbreak too. And the parallel images (especially River/Melody, and then both Amy and Rory in armor) are amazing.
